Account Registration

Q1: I have opened an account on site, but I cannot login to demo account.
If you have registered a Live account, you cannot login to demo account with the same login credentials. You will have to register a Demo account here.

Q2: How to open an account?
You can simply register at our official website here. You will receive a confirmation email when your application succeeded.

Q3: What are the required documents for account opening?
No document is required for account opening. However, photo ID is needed when withdrawal from account.

Q4: How long does it take to open an account?
After you have submitted the form online, you should receive a confirmation email within 5 minutes.

Q5: I have not got the confirmation email of account registration yet.
If you have mistyped your email address, you may not receive the confirmation email. The email is sent from our system automatically. It has a possibility to be sent to your spam mail box.

Q6: I have made a mistake when filling in the registration form.
Please contact out customer service for amendment.

Q7: Can I have more than one account?
Single account only per person / entity.

Q8: Are there any requirements to open an account?
Aged 18 or above, and must provide a contactable email address and phone number. Please check Terms and conditions for details.

Q9: Are there any cost or maintenance fees to open an account?
Free of charge for account opening and maintenance. However if the account has been being inactive for 180 days with balance, BT Option will charge JPY500 (USD5) per month as admin fee. Please check Terms and conditions for details.

Q10: Do I have to make a deposit when I open an account?
No need to make deposit when opening account. You can simply deposit before you start trading.

Q11: Can I open an account as a company?
It is possible to open a company account. You will have to provide official Business Registration Certificate, as well as ID of person in charge of the account.

Q12: How to open an account as a company?
Please send the below documents to our support team.
1. Company Registration Certificate
2. Photo ID of Person in charge of the account
3. Contactable email address and telephone number of the Person in charge.

Q13: I still have not received the “Welcome cashback” for new account opening yet.
It is under process. If you have not receive the cashback after 48 hours of working days, please contact our customer service.

Q14: The “Welcome cashback” is disappeared when I logged in to my account.
Cashback amount will be canceled if it is not used for a period of time after offered. Any small amount trade action can prevent from cancellation.

Q17: What is the trading hours of BT Option?
Our trading hours are as follow:
(JST) Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:00am
(GMT) Sunday to Thursday 10:00pm to 6:00pm

Q18: What is the Option Schedule?

Q19: Why I cannot trade with Option-On-Demand sometimes?
When there is low flowability of trades, transactions may be frozen.

Q20: Are there any purchase limits for single transaction?
JPY50,000 / USD500 upper limit per each transaction.

Q21: Are there any purchase limits?
JPY50,000 / USD500 upper limit per each transaction, with an upper limit of JPY150,000 / USD1,500 of total amount of exposure at one time.

Q22: When Expiry Rate is same as Purchase Rate, can I receive any payout?
Purchase amount will be refunded.

Q23: Who is the data provider?
Not to disclose based on confidential agreement.

Q24: Can I use auto-trading tool?
It is considered as violation of terms and conditions.

Q25: Are there any charges to make transactions?
It is free of charge.

Q26: Can I make a deposit on mobile device?
Deposit can be made on internet browser of mobile device.

Q27: Can I make a deposit by a JCB Card?
Yes.

Q28: I failed to make a deposit.
Please check if you have received any email about deposit error. If not, please contact our support team for further help.

Q29: I failed to make a deposit with a card I have been using for other transactions.
Check if you have input any full-width characters
Check with card company if your card has any limitation

Q30: Can I use a prepaid card to make a deposit?
VISA, MasterCard and JCB card are acceptable.

Q31: Can I make a deposit with an American Credit card?
American Credit Cards are not acceptable.

Q32: There is transaction fee occurred when I use credit card to make deposit. Shouldn’t that be free of charge?
Please send your payment statement within one month to our support team for cashback.

Q33: Can I use other cardholder’s card to make a deposit?
Cardholder of all cards used to deposit must be same as registered customer.

Q34: Can I make a deposit by a Debit Card?
Yes only if it is VISA, MasterCard, or JCB Debit Card.

Q35: Is there any service charge at BT Option when deposit made?
JPY1000 (USD10) service charge will occur if deposit is below minimum deposit amount.

Q36: There is transaction fee occurred when I use bank transfer to make deposit. Shouldn’t that be free of charge?

Q37: How much is the bank fee for making bank transfer?
Bank fee varies from banks. Please check with your transferring bank for details.

Q38: When will the deposit being reflected in my account after making bank transfer?
If deposit is made before JST15:00, amount will be reflected in trading account by 18:00 the same day. If deposit is made after JST15:00 or during Japan holiday, amount will be reflected by the next day.

Q39: I have made a mistake when inputting username at bank transfer deposit.

Q40: I could not input my username at bank transfer deposit.

Q41: Can I use Bank transfer Quick Deposit to make a deposit?
Our system does not accept Quick Deposit.

Q42: When can I use bank transfer to make a deposit?
You can make deposit anytime. Amount will be reflected to trading account once we confirmed your deposit.

Q43: Can I use Neteller to make a deposit?
We do not accept payment from Neteller.

Q44: Can I use Skrill to make a deposit?
We do not accept payment from Skrill.

Q45: Can I use Point Storage to make a deposit?
We do not accept payment from Point Storage.

Q46: What is the minimum deposit amount?
JPY5,000 / USD50

Q47: In what currency can I make a deposit?
JPY or USD. However currency will remain unchanged as registered when account opened. If you made a deposit in USD but you hold a JPY trading account, we will exchange it back to JPY with the rate of the day.

Q48: What are the deposit methods can I use?
Credit Card, Debit Card, bank transfer (local, overseas), and mybitwallet.
Cardholder of all cards used to deposit must be same as registered customer.

Q49: How can I make a deposit to a company account?
Credit Card, Debit Card, bank transfer (local, overseas).
Cardholder and sender’s name of bank transfer must be either the company or the registered person in charge.

Q50: Can I use Credit Card to make a deposit to a company account?
Yes. Cardholder must be either the company or the registered person in charge.

Q51: Are there any charges when I use mybitwallet to make a deposit?
Free of charge.

Q52: Can I use Debit Card by Sony Bank to make a deposit?
All cards by Sony Bank are not acceptable.

Q53: I have received a small extra amount of charge after I made a deposit by Credit Card. What is the charge for?
Our system is contracted to financial service authority based in USD transactions. There will be a small amount of exchange rate charged to your card. Please send your payment statement within one month to our support team for cashback.

Q54: Can I make withdrawal to my Credit Card?
Yes. Please check here for important notes of withdrawal.

Q55: Which bank can I withdraw to?
Any banks with SWIFT Code. Please check your bank for details.
Please be noticed that online financial investment may be strictly prohibited in some regions. Withdrawal to bank or financial authorization in such regions may be restricted.

Q56: Can I withdraw to an overseas bank account?
Yes. Beneficiary account name must be same as registered customer. You will have to provide bank statement which shows name and residential address as registered.

Q57: Can I withdraw to a bank account which I am not the account holder?
No. Beneficiary account name must be same as registered customer.

Q58: Can I withdraw to Japan Net Bank?
No. Japan Net Bank does not accept remittance from overseas.

Q59: Can I withdraw to Rakuten Bank?
Yes. For details of overseas remittance, please check with Rakuten bank.

Q60: Can I withdraw to Japan Post Bank?
Yes. However intermediary bank is involved when making transfer to Japan Post Bank. It may take about one week to receive the withdrawal amount.

Q61: Can I withdraw to Neteller account?
We do not accept withdrawal to Neteller.

Q62: How can I upload documents for withdrawal?
Please follow the steps here. Feel free to contact our support team if you find any questions.

Q63: I cannot upload the images of required document.
Attachment size is limited to 1 Mb and only in JPG or PNG format. Please resize and reformat your photos or scanned images.

Q64: Do I have to upload documents again if I had already submitted before?
Please upload documents only when you have any amendment.

Q65: When should I submit my document of personal ID?
Anytime before withdrawal.

Different documents will be required for different withdrawal method.

Q67: I cannot provide the image of the Credit Card which I made a deposit with, because I do not have the card anymore.
Please provide statement copy of the credit card, or official utility shows name and residential address.

Q68: Is it possible to cancel the withdrawal?
Yes. Please fill in the Cancel Withdrawal form.

Q69: I have contacted for a withdrawal cancel, but it seems not being cancelled.
Please check if our support team had sent you any emails about cancel withdrawal.

Q70: Are there any charges when I make a withdrawal?
Basically free of charge 3 times per month. From the 4th time onwards, we will charge the exact bank fee for each withdrawal. Also, customer are responsible for the bank fee which charged by beneficiary bank when the money reached beneficiary account.

Q71: What is the minimum withdrawal amount?
Minimum JPY10,000 (USD 100).

Q72: Are there any charges to withdraw to bitwallet account?
JPY100 / USD1 will be charged from bitwallet.

Q73: Can I withdraw to bitwallet account without using it when deposit?
Although customers are not allowed to designate withdrawal method, it is possible to withdraw to bitwallet account.

Q74: Can I withdraw my remaining balance when membership withdrawal?
Balance below JPY10,000 (USD100) can only be withdrew when membership withdrawal. Customer will be responsible for all bank fees. If balance amount is smaller than bank fee, withdrawal will be cancelled.

Q75: If I make a deposit and top up my balance to JPY 10,000 / USD 100 or above, can I request for withdrawal?
Balance above JPY10,000 (USD100) is qualified for withdrawal. Please be reminded that service charge will occur when deposit amount is below JPY5,000 (USD50).

Q76: What is the required information for withdrawal to bank account?

Q79: How much are the service fee when I use withdraw to bitwallet account and bank account via bitwallet?

The service fee for remittances between individuals varies depending on the currency.
The service fee per remittance is 100JPY, 1USD or 1EUR.

■ Withdraw to bank account via bitwallet

The service fee for withdrawals varies depending on the currency.
▪ JPY: 824JPY to banks in Japan/4,000JPY to banks outside Japan, plus 1% of remittance (2,500JPY at lowest)
▪ USD: US$40 plus 1% of remittance (US$25 at lowest)
▪ EUR: 40€ plus 1% of remittance (25€ at lowest)

Q80: I want to change the display language.
You can change the display language to English at the login page.
Please be noticed that only English and Japanese are being adjusted. Login with other display language may not display properly.

Q81: Application is not running after entering login credentials.
There are a few pop-up windows of notice when you first run the application after installation or reset to default. Any remained opened windows will pause the running of application.

Q82: I do not see the login form.
WindowXP SP3 or later version of Window OS is required for running the desktop application.

Q83: Where can I login?
Run the application and enter your username and password to login

Q84: What is a username?
Username is set when you opened your account. It can be alphabets and numbers only.

Please check if you have chosen the correct type (demo/live) account.

Q86: I forgot my password.
You can reset your password by clicking “Forgot my password” on the login page. You will receive an email with new password soon.

We are not providing 30 seconds options at the moment.

Q94: Can I trade on MAC device?
You may access by using VPS server. Please consult with related professionals.

Q95: Can I trade on tablet device?
Only on Window tablet. Other OS may need to use VPS server.

Q96: I cannot install the application.
The current version of application is only available on Window OS.

Q97: What is the basic requirement of windows to install the application?
CPU: Intel Core 2 (2.13GHz or above)

In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of Belize Authority, assets of customers and our company are being separately managed. Customers have rights to be refunded your own assets, even if our company goes bankrupt.

Q101: Is my personal information being protected safely?
Our homepage corresponds to SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). SSL is currently the most reliable and practically used encryption communication technology on the Internet. When exchanging highly confidential information such as personal information and Credit Card number between the customer’s personal computer (browser) and our homepage’s server, we encrypt the information by SSL and send and receive information. We also strictly manage your personal information within our company.

Q102: How can I start trading?
After you opened your account, you will have to download the application and make a deposit. Then you can start trading.

Q103: Can I start trading straight after deposit made?
If you made a deposit via Credit Card or Debit card, amount will be reflected to account straight away. It may take up to 1 working day via bank transfer and bitwallet.

Binary Option is a up-or-down prediction of rate of exchange about foreign currency.
For example, the rate between USD/JPY is USD1=JPY100 at the moment. To predict the flow and see USD1 will be lower or higher than JPY100, this is called Binary Option.

We try out best to keep them parallel. However servers providing rates for Demo account and Live account are separated. It is not possible to keep them identical. Options and trading hours may be different as well.

Please fill in the Membership withdrawal form. Process shall be completed in 2 working days. If you still receive subscription emails from us, please contact our customer service.

Q126: Do I have to submit a tax form?
(In Japan) For customers gained JPY200,000 or above, it is compulsory to submit a tax form. Please consult with your nearest National Tax Agency.

Q127: How can I get the documents for tax form submission?
Login application, click “Reports” tab, choose your required period and click “Run Report”, then Export to Excel.

Q128: What kind of post will I receive when I registered my residential address?
Basically we will not send over post. However for customers we did not make to reach by phone and email, we may send over documents by post.

Q129: I could not reach customer service on phone off-hour. What should I do?
Please email us any time. Our support team will reply within 48 hours during working days.

Q130: What is SWIFT Code?
SWIFT Code is a unique identification code for both financial and non-financial institutions. It is 8 or 11 characters, made up of:
4 letters: Institution code or bank code
2 letters: ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 country code
2 letters or digits: Location code
3 letters or digits (optional): Branch code, (‘XXX’ for primary office)
